G revamps some 50's classic dishes and reminisces about the good 'ol days (she never experienced.) Pigs in a blanket become Chorizo Corn Dogs served with grainy maple-mustard. For the main: broccoli, wild mushroom, and duck prosciutto casserole smothered in a sharp cheddar cream sauce.
