In an unlikely coincidence, Buddy and Sally each independently get into the same cab (from opposite sides) and read the manuscript on their way to a show. In it, Rob describes how he intends to take over the world using a giant disintegrating gun. Mel points out this is the plot line of the Pink Panther Strikes Again, and Rob changes the entire book so that it only contains cake recipes. Laura has a hysterectomy.
