Episode 1Unemployed LOK YEUNG sees on the TV that her mother MO YEE-SHAN, who runs a hostel in the Wudang Mountains, is interviewed by the media, but cares nothing about it. The company LOK YEUNG's friend DON works for intends to set up a theme park in the Wudang Mountains, so they invite LOK YEUNG to go to the Wudang Mountains to canvass YEE-SHAN for them. If she succeeds, she is eligible to be the person-in-charge of the whole theme park project. LO YIK-HIN, an arrogant wealthy heir, is secretly filmed by a beautiful girl which nearly becomes the evidence of a sexual harassment complaint against him. Fortunately, this is uncovered by his private bodyguard YEUNG CHING-WU. YEE-SHAN's master, Wudang Reverend, is very bothered about the fact that YIK-HIN is about to arrive at the Wudang Mountains to learn martial arts, and finally he comes up with an idea, which is to open a branch near Siu Yiu Kui and appoints YEE-SHAN to teach YIK-HIN.… ...

Episode 2LOK YEUNG runs into her former co-worker MA TSUN-WAI, who mocks her for her dismissal after losing all her client's money, so LOK YEUNG decides to go to the Wudang Mountains, trying to convince her mother to close up the business of Siu Yiu Kui. Upon completion of the exercise, YEE-SHAN and her students return, and KA-KONG also comes back after going for a jog. Yet, YIK-HIN, SIU YUK and the others are still in bed, so MO KWA strikes a gong to wake everybody up. At the first lesson, YEE-SHAN gives a lecture on Tao Te Ching and explains its theory, following which she instructs them to practise Zhan Zhuang, which also refers to Stand-on-stake. CHING-WU feels resentful after being told to accompany YIK-HIN to attend the class. Outside of the train station at the Wudang Mountains, LOK YEUNG catches a glimpse of KAI-CHUNG, and cannot believe what she just saw.… ...

Episode 3YEE-SHAN sees her daughter LOK YEUNG crying, so LOK YEUNG tells her mother about CHING-LAM's disappearance, adding that it's unknown if she is still alive. In response to LOK YEUNG's query as to how come KAI-CHUNG also arrived at the Wudang Mountains, YEE-SHAN discloses that in fact she has known KAI-CHUNG for many years. According to her, around half a year ago, KAI-CHUNG arrived there in order to heal his emotional wounds and scars following a romantic setback, recommending himself to be the chef there. Episode 5LOK YEUNG advises YEE-SHAN to retire, but YEE-SHAN insists that she is going to complete the whole course no matter what. Many years ago when LOK YEUNG's client went to her company and tried to make her accountable for the fund investment failure, it happened to be the first day that the young handsome senior manager WAH YI-KAI assumed office. Later, LOK YEUNG became YI-KAI's team member, during which YI-KAI even returned an expensive pen to LOK YEUNG. YEE-SHAN asks KAI-CHUNG to teach her students in her stead. Having heard this, LOK YEUNG scolds KAI-CHUNG for purposely crossing her and calls him "Wise Guy", which triggers KAI-CHUNG's memory. Episode 6LOK YEUNG, while admitting her misconduct, emphasizes that she just hopes YEE-SHAN can retire early, not wanting her to overwork and deteriorate her back injury. Packing her luggage, LOK YEUNG gets ready to leave the Wudang Mountains, but YEE-SHAN is afraid that she is unable to explain herself for failing to deliver her promise. It turns out that YEE-SHAN has already known about the theme park project. Although she is willing to fulfill her daughter's wish, she imposes a condition which is to request LOK YEUNG to stay there and learn martial arts with her other students. According to YEE-SHAN, she will immediately retire if LOK YEUNG can pass the graduate examination and achieve the top scores in three months. Seeing LOK YEUNG at the edge of the cliff, KAI-CHUNG offers her some advice, which makes LOK YEUNG recall the bygones.… ...

Episode 7YAM-YAM inadvertently drops the ultrasound photo of SIU YUK's unborn baby, leaving her no other choice but to lie that the photo was taken when she was bearing SIU YUK. Casting doubt on that, all of them then suspect that she is bearing YIK-HIN's baby. Right away, YIK-HIN talks to CHING-WU to clarify the issue, so MO TAU and the others ask YIK-HIN how come he had to explain this to CHING-WU. It turns out that YIK-HIN and CHING-WU have become a quarrelsome couple ever since YIK-HIN's mother FAN CHIU-HEUNG hired CHING-WU to be YIK-HIN's bodyguard. Not wanting to be sneered at anymore, YIK-HIN pressures YAM-YAM to disclose who the father of the unborn baby is. SIU YUK can no longer bear her mother's humiliation, therefore she admits that the one who is pregnant is in fact herself.… ...

Episode 8KA-KONG raises his objection to KA-CHUEN's joining, so YEE-SHAN suggests a vote on the issue, and a majority of the votes are cast in favor of letting KA-CHUEN stay as a result. Jealous of KA-CHUEN becoming more popular than him, YIK-HIN challenges KA-CHUEN to a hopping competition. With KA-KONG urging KA-CHUEN to go back to Hong Kong, KA-CHUEN reiterates that the reason why he chose to study medicine is to cure KA-KONG's illness. KA-KONG tells KA-CHUEN that he will not go back to Hong Kong with him unless KA-CHUEN manages to defeat him in the martial arts contest. KA-CHUEN is thus bent on proving that he is able to defeat KA-KONG as long as he works hard enough. SIU YUK is in dispute with SING-YU over the issue of a female artiste, SHEK LAM, whom SING-YU has known since childhood. Meanwhile, KA-CHUEN is mistaken for an underwear thief by YIK-HIN.… ...

Episode 9LOK YEUNG asks KAI-CHUNG whether he saw SWEET POTATO's pendant, which looks the same as the one bought by CHING-LAM in Thailand, and she suspects that CHING-LAM might know SWEET POTATO. During hypnosis, SWEET POTATO sees himself hugging MO TAU and MO KWA. It turns out that KAI-CHUNG saved a gang leader called HO CHING-TUNG, who is SWEET POTATO's real identity before his memory loss. At that time, CHING-TUNG tried to give KAI-CHUNG some money to express his gratitude for saving his life, but was tactfully turned down by KAI-CHUNG. Later, KAI-CHUNG once again ran into CHING-TUNG when he tried to take shelter after being hounded by his creditor as the surety of his heavily indebted subordinate.… ...

Episode 10KAI-CHUNG instructs LOK YEUNG and KA-CHUEN to start learning the most basic skills, during which LOK YEUNG twists her wrist, so she thinks KAI-CHUNG did it on purpose to trick her. Having brewed some medicinal soup, YEE-SHAN asks KAI-CHUNG to give it to LOK YEUNG, without knowing that LOK YEUNG goes to join YIK-HIN to have a feast after drinking the medicine. The following morning, LOK YEUNG's face and hands all become red and swollen, leading to a falling-out between her and her mother YEE-SHAN. MO KWA reads the news online that an explosion has taken place at the Wudang train station. Worrying about LOK YEUNG's safety, YEE-SHAN immediately goes down the mountain. Just as everyone is wondering what's going on, LOK YEUNG suddenly appears. LOK YEUNG goes down the mountain followed by KAI-CHUNG, and she has to go by foot due to the cable car breakdown.… ...

Episode 11YI-LEI accompanies KAI-CHUNG to pay a tribute to CHING-LAM, following which she returns to Hong Kong and continues to investigate Inspector WONG. For evaluating her students' learning progress, YEE-SHAN arranges them to enter a competition with one of the Wudang students. On the other hand, eight years ago, KAI-CHUNG got a hold of sufficient evidence of CHING-TUNG's criminal activities. At that time, Inspector WONG suggested having someone pretend to be a firearms dealer to catch CHING-TUNG. So, after KAI-CHUNG pulled a few strings for them, CHING-TUNG planned to deal the illegal firearms with TAI-KWAN. YIK-HIN receives photos from YUEN-CHEONG and shares them with SIU YUK, which makes YIK-HIN suspect that YUEN-CHEONG is the father of SIU YUK's unborn baby.… ...

Episode 12YIK-HIN wants to be the first one who arrives at the practice place, only to find out that almost everyone else has already woken up. LOK YEUNG not only goes jogging with KA-KONG but also tells him to never give up, adding that there can be miracles. After YEE-SHAN decides to split her students into groups and teach them in accordance with their aptitude, KAI-CHUNG starts teaching them the technique of Tai Chi 13 Forms, during which he instructs LOK YEUNG, KA-CHUEN and SING-YU to add wrist weights and ankle weights while practising so as to strengthen their arms and legs. As for YEE-SHAN, she teaches KA-KONG, YIK-HIN and the others to practise with the Tai Chi Ball, above which she even urges KA-KONG and YIK-HIN to challenge each other in pushing hands competition. YEE-SHAN drops a hint to YIK-HIN, who as a result easily beats KA-KONG.… ...

Episode 13KAI-CHUNG carried away injured CHING-TUNG and put him on a truck, and then tried to lure away TAI-KWAN and the others. However, by the time he returned, the truck had left. KAI-CHUNG soon received a phone call from TAI-KWAN, who claimed to have CHING-LAM, so he contacted Inspector WONG, who promised to send someone to back him up. After observing the one sent by Inspector WONG, KAI-CHUNG suspected that Inspector WONG must have conspired the whole thing with TAI-KWAN. Several days later, KAI-CHUNG once again received Inspector WONG's text message, but this time he completely ignored him. When YAM-YAM warns SIU YUK to be careful, SIU YUK understands that her mother is worrying about her unborn baby as the baby will bring them five million dollars. Around half a year ago, YAM-YAM took SIU YUK to take part in the masquerade party held by YIK-HIN, during which SIU YUK met YUEN-CHEONG and soon they became a couple. After learning about SIU YUK's pregnancy, YUEN-CHEONG assured her that he would look after her and her baby even though he appeared to be reluctant at first. Unexpectedly, YUEN-CHEONG's parents refused to give their permission to marry when they met up with YAM-YAM and SIU YUK.… ...

Episode 16KAI-CHUNG frankly discloses his identity as an undercover police officer to LOK YEUNG, and shows her some evidence. LOK YEUNG comes to realise that CHING-TUNG and CHING-LAM are siblings, and SWEET POTATO's real identity before his memory loss is CHING-TUNG. She then asks KAI-CHUNG why he didn't bring CHING-TUNG back to Hong Kong to expose Inspector WONG's real identity. KAI-CHUNG replies that he also smelt a rat and thought Inspector WONG must have something to do with it, and that's why he asked YI-LEI to probe into the matter. SHEK LAM, who used to be YEE-SHAN's martial arts student, goes to the Wudang Mountains to look for SING-YU, without knowing that her own daughter also follows the same master to learn Kung Fu. In response to LOK YEUNG's query as to what CHING-LAM's final words were, KAI-CHUNG tells her that his late girlfriend said she should make a lemon cake, and he admits he has no idea what that means.… ...

Episode 17Though SHEK LAM honestly reveals their mother-and-daughter relationship to SING-YU, SING-YU refuses to believe it. As for LOK YEUNG, she is of the opinion that the reason for SING-YU to assert that KAI-CHUNG is her biological father seems to be so farfetched, suggesting that they should take a paternity test. Suddenly, YEE-SHAN's mobile phone doesn't work, so she goes to ask KAI-CHUNG to fix it for her. According to her, there are many photos in the phone, and they are very important to her. Coincidentally, LOK YEUNG arrives and manages to fix the phone for her mother YEE-SHAN, who is so happy that she keeps viewing the old photos she took together with her family on her phone. CHING-WU sees YIK-HIN prowling in the kitchen at midnight. It's revealed that YIK-HIN was looking for a medicinal wine to treat his injuries after twisting his right hand during practice.… ...

Episode 18After SWEET POTATO causes the microwave to explode, the doctor says that SWEET POTATO suffered a concussion, which is going to impair his ability to speak. When he wakes up, SWEET POTATO eventually remembers that he himself is HO CHING-TUNG. On his way to look for KAI-CHUNG, he finds out KAI-CHUNG's real identity after overhearing the conversation between LOK YEUNG and KAI-CHUNG, and thereby decides to feign his memory loss for the time being. Ever since then, CHING-TUNG has been seeking to kill KAI-CHUNG and LOK YEUNG in various ways but over and over again in vain. Having fully recovered from his injury, CHING-TUNG regains the ability to speak. While he is passing by SIU YUK's room, he comes across YAM-YAM, who asks for help because SIU YUK began to severely bleed during her pregnancy.… ...

Episode 19While all of them are blaming SIU YUK for selling her own daughter, YEE-SHAN advises that they should not gossip about the private lives of the other people, adding that they should not jump to any conclusions as nothing has been confirmed yet and there might still be a chance. Apart from knowing that YI-LEI logged into his computer, Inspector WONG also finds out that YI-LEI went to Mainland China many times, thus he asserts that she went to meet up with KAI-CHUNG. With the awards show airing live on TV, it's announced that SHEK LAM is crowned the best TV actress. However, SHEK LAM doesn't announce her mother-and-daughter relationship with SING-YU to the public, so SING-YU accuses her mother of not keeping her own word. CHIU tracks CHING-TUNG through a photo posted online, and Inspector WONG thereby believes that both KAI-CHUNG and CHING-TUNG are taking shelter in the Wudang Mountains.… ...

Episode 20Suspecting that CHING-TUNG has already regained his memories, LOK YEUNG reveals everything to YEE-SHAN, ranging from KAI-CHUNG being an undercover police officer to the intertwined history between KAI-CHUNG and CHING-TUNG. CHING-TUNG tails after KAI-CHUNG and also arrives at the Distillery, thinking it's time for him to take revenge. KAI-CHUNG enters the Distillery and as expected, he sees Inspector WONG, TAI-KWAN and the others; whereas CHING-TUNG also comes to realise the whole thing. Suddenly, CHING-TUNG makes a mad dash for TAI-KWAN and punches him. Right away, Inspector WONG shoots CHING-TUNG. KAI-CHUNG goes to his rescue, but is shot instead. As Inspector WONG attempts to gun down the two, in the nick of time, YEE-SHAN and the others arrive there, fighting off the criminals. Before KAI-CHUNG goes back to Hong Kong, he and LOK YEUNG try to locate CHING-TUNG's whereabouts, but to no avail.… ...
